Five Finger Death Punch Lancaster Concert reviews
FFDP 5 ⭐️'s, Simmons Bank Arena 1 ⭐️
Five Finger Death Punch was amazing!! ....as always.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the same for the venue (Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, AR). We had purchased 3 - VIP PIT tickets and had recieved 3 emails (1- Ticketmaster, 1- FFDP, & 1- Simmons Bank Arena) explaining the protocol for entry into the event which was reassuring considering we had no physicial tickets, they were to be picked up at Will Call (which did not open until right before doors opened & then we were told they couldn't help us) due to the VIP status. Without having to write a book explaining every frustrating chaotic detail, I'll just say that once on property at Simmons Bank Arena, it was a nightmare! The protocol that was emailed was not followed and EVERYONE (staff) gave us a different answer. We were running all over the perimeter of the arena, in the rain I might add. Then on top of the unorganization, the attitudes from the staff members were unbelievably unprofessional. We over heard one staff member cuss out a fellow VIP patron who was asking for direction on where to go.
Don't get me wrong, there were a few that were very nice and apologetic of the situation.
Once inside we did speak with a manager, she was cordial and listened to our complaints. But, did nothing to rectify the situation even from that point forward. Also, beware if you ever purchase VIP PIT tickets because the general admission PIT ticket holders were allowed entry into the arena at the same time which was very disheartening. As one of the reasons we purchased the VIP PIT tickets was that we brought our autistic teenage son and he would have easier access to the PIT (at past VIP PIT events, in various locations including Simmons Arena, they allow early entry for those ticket holders).
My advice, dont purchase anything "extra" (VIP) for this venue unless you enjoy paying extra money to be treated like a second class citizen.
